These are updates that we have received.

I found the web site a few days ago and enjoyed it greatly. We would have liked to have attended the 50th reunion but were out of the country at that time. Erma and I had planned a cruise from Costa Rico through the canal and back to Florida for some time and had no choice but to honor our prior commitment's. (Erma Tobel Wearsch my girlfriend from the class of 57 Southfield High and my wife for 51 yrs.)
We are retired and live in a small town in southern Fl, Lake Placid. We are 18 miles south of Sebring Fl,which is in central Fl. I will attach a couple of pictures that were taken a few weeks ago.

As you can see I still play a lot of softball, 4 days a week during the winter and as much as possible in the summer.

Laurence W. Hedlund, Ph.D. Larry is currently a Professor in Radiology at the Duke University Medical School, Durham, NC and lives in Chapel Hill with his wife, Virginia. He has authored or co-authored more than 300 publications (journal articles, book chapters, abstracts). His specific activities can easily be found by a Google search. Also he is a DJ on a classical music station WCPE (100,000 watts FM) and on the internet, world wide; that’s his voice every Wednesday evening. Four children by first marriage, oldest daughter a vascular radiologist in Minnesota with 3 grandsons and second son with a new grand-daughter in Alexandria, VA. A step-son and wife, both professors at University of Oklahoma, have a 1 year old grandson. My trek from high school has been strictly academic: Wayne State Univ, BS & graduate studies in cell physiology; Univ of Pittsburgh, Ph.D. in comparative physiology; Univ of Illinois, Urbana, post-doc; Univ of Missouri, Columbia, professor; and, for the past 28 years, Duke University Medical School, professor.
